Meet Ishmeet Kaur, she's a 24 yr old mom from Sacramento California. She has a 17 month old boy, is married, and works as a real estate agent. She is a first generation American born to a traditional Punjabi Indian family. There is a history of mental illness in her family that caused Ishmeet to be diagnosed with BPD at the age of 11, also resulting in her being heavily medicated from pharmaceutical drugs. After a life altering suicide attempt in her teens Ishmeet knew she needed alternatives to pills to treat her BPD symptoms.
