Blunt Blowin' Mama chats with Kimberly Dillon the founder of Frigg, a cannabis based skin and haircare company. Kimberly is a cannabis biz veteran and has worn several hats within the industry. She shares the details of the less talked about side of the cannabis industry and how she maintains a level head in a fast paced world. Even though she has been in the industry for a long time her family still does not know exactly what she does. They do see the results of her success and benefit from her being in the weed profession. Kimberly’s goals are to not only launch a successful brand, she also wants to advocate for mental health and the power to break generational curses using a plant based solution.  Her path to cannabis started when she was  experiencing crippling anxiety and underperforming in her job. She opted out of going the pharmaceutical route and got her medical marijuana card. Once she started consuming regularly she could see a big difference in her wellness. This sparked a curiosity within to use her Marketing background to create successful campaigns for cannabis businesses such as  Parks and Barkley CBD.  Instead of waiting for an opportunity she forged her own path by writing to them with a strategy document, and a proposal to hire her to execute them, and it worked! Just like that, Kimberly become the first black female Chief Marketing Officer in the weed industry
