Blunt Blowin' Mama connects with Meryl, the cofounder of Barbari Smoking Blends, a company specializing in a curated smoking experience, that uses only the highest food grade quality herbs. Valerie and Meryl met in college and became good friends. They both identify as creatives and found cannabis assisted with their process and projects, but didn't want to get too high to do well in class. This is where the idea of a perfectly balanced herbal and cannabis spliff was born. Fast forward a few years, Meryl had relocated to New York City after college for work and was finding, while she was making a ton of money, she was deeply unhappy. She didn't want to have to choose between happiness and stability. As fate would have it Valerie was sitting on a truly magical idea, that had the power to fill the need for passion in work, but also contained the potential for massive success. Shortly after sharing the idea with Meryl, and discussing what each of their roles would be in this new venture Barbari was born.
